Live without Tobacco (Viva sem Tabaco) is the first open-source web-based intervention for smoking cessation; it contains Information, quizzes and a quit plan to help smokers quitting.
The intervention was developed with the active participation of former and current smokers.We are compliant with the Code of Conduct of the Health on the Net Foundation.
The content was developed based on the guidelines for tobacco use treatment from institutions such as the U.S Department of Health and Human Services.
