  • Joomla! is an Open Source Content Management System (CMS), which enables you to build Web sites and powerful online applications.
    Download: https://downloads.joomla.org

A list of the available language packs can be found at http://community.joomla.org/translations/joomla-3-translations.html

This project is set up so anyone can contribute by suggesting translations and voting on existing suggestions.
The language coordinators will then proofread the suggestions and approve/reject them.
The generated language packs will only contain approved translations to ensure a high quality of the translations.
The language packs generated by Crowdin can be downloaded in the translation overview (or using the URL https://crowdin.com/download/project/joomla-cms.zip) and should be able to be installed in the Joomla! Extension Manager.
  • Help in translating the upcoming Joomla! landing page dedicated to the 3.8 version of the Joomla! CMS.
The live site will be launched simultaneously as the Joomla! 3.8 stable release.
The current landing page can be seen at https://www.joomla.org/3/

Please translate **ONLY** the files in the J38-LP-CURRENT Folder
**NOTE:** The landing page is a marketing material and this means translators should always focus on Localisation instead of a strict Translation.
If your translation is already 100%, do not panic, you can still participate by improving the translations and/or by voting for translations you think are the best.
If your language is not yet available, thank you to ask for it, it will be added.

    **THE APPROVAL PROCESS**
When the site will be online and in order to simplify and improve the work of integrators, all the translations already integrated will be marked as "approved" and thus locked. If you find an error in the translation, please use the comment/error system process to report it.

Thank you for your help and don't forget to check other projects on: https://crowdin.com/projects/Joomla

Feel free to use them on your websites, social media, newsletter...

Thank you to translate ***ONLY THE CSV FILES*** as they will be used to generate the images by the Marketing Working Group.

The "approve" process is here a workflow that will show languages with visuals that are ready to use then, no need to ask for approvals or for the "how to" process.

Once translated, you will find the materials on Crowdin, on the JDocs for most of languages: https://docs.joomla.org/J3.x:Joomla_3.6_Imagery
    https://docs.joomla.org/Joomla_Marketing_Visuals
